Default LPP Exhaust installation, do I simply ignore the two rear o2 sensors?

Hey guys, another question, sorry for flooding the forum. Everyone including LPP indicates that the headers and Y-pipe connect directly to the old exhaust system.

I didn't notice until I took my stock Y pipes down that the truck comes with 4 O2 sensors and not just 2. What do I do with the 2 that were installed after the catalytic converters? Unplug them and uninstall?

Will this not give the engine false readings?

your just too lazy to use the search, or you're trying to padd your post count !

the rear O2s are just for the cats only . . . if you are not installing the cats, then remove the 2 rear O2 sensors.

When you get your truck "tuned" ask the tuner to have them tuned out, meaning, it will not pop an error code.

Running with out being tuned with headers . . . yes it will seem fast at first, but will bog later.

have them tuned out and will need the rear 02's from a vette for your fuel trims to stay in line as the stock front will not heat up enough with the LT's in place. the rear 02's from a vette in your fronts will do the trick

I've never heard of such a thing myself. I'm curious to know who else uses them.

Like stated keep them unhooked and have your tuner turn them off.. I have never heard of anybody changing to vette 02's Not that they don't just I never heard of it. Nor have I read of anybody having trouble with their 02's not heating up enough

Ok, thanks guys, I wanted to make sure at first, but now i also know that I'll need to have it tuned later which I wasn't aware of. I'll read up on that later. I'm sure there are lots of posts about this around.
