Good to hear Chris, I think you'll be happier with a bigger stall. Probably 3k to 3200.

With that cam you moved your peak torque at least 1000k higher in the rpm band. Just the nature of the cam. With that nitrous shot I would probably get something around 3k stall or gear up to 4.10's

I am running a Yank 3k in mine and love it. With the 4.10s the low end isnt suffering at all...

you just need to get a real converter behind it... the TB stalls are good for stock cam setups IMO.... but not much else. Look into a 3000, 3200 converter and never look back

rather than a converter change,how about a cubic inch change,take it to a 5.7
