Default Loud Whining Noise... Fuel Pump???

Before I took the motor out of my truck to do the 6.0L swap there was often a high pitch whining noise coming from under my bed near the fuel tank. I wasn't sure what the problem was but now that I'm about to wrap up the project I would like to take care of the problem while I'm at it. Any of you other guys heard this?

So, what should I replace it with? Where to buy? Prices?

From what I've heard, even some new pumps can be noisy but I agree that now would be a good time to replace it. Good luck!
