well i found a brand new 6.0 crate motor on craigslist for 1500 bucks yes 1500 bucks i thought the guy was on crack he lost his house and needed the money so he just wanted it gone lucky me. its a 2006 lq4 long block i plan on putting it in the orange bomber this summer goin to throw a cam in it also. now you guys can rip on me cause i got it so cheap

i got u beat! 2002 6.0 with 4l80, harness, computer and they pulled it for me @ 1,200$ lol....buttttt your motor wont require the cleaning i had to go through lol

I paid 500.00 for a LQ4 core short block and a set of 243 heads

Your status in the 6.0 club is on hold. You need to actually install it before you become a full memeber!! If that were the case I would of been in the 454 Lsx TD club a while ago!!

 

Man that is totally awesome, look at that perfectly brand new virgin engine just waiting to be cracked open and modded Are you gonna pull the heads and get them worked while the engine is on the stand? Maybe send them to Richard at WCCH for a StageII treatment?
