looking to up grade fuel pump

I agree, getting an inline pump will help out fueling to a certain point. I'll probably install a Walbro GSL392 pump just after my fuel filter to keep pressure from falling. Doing an inline pump is not as good as an in-tank upgrade because the tank pump is still in the series and can become a restriction. Its cheaper do buy the tank pump since it doesn't need the external case and fittings, but its more difficult since you have to pull off the tank.
Your other option is to run a small fuel cell in the engine bay with an external pump to fuel your nitrous. You can keep it full of race gas and it will only be used when you spray. Obviously, this is the more expensive route.

ok i will probably go with the tank pump because of price. should be too hard to drop the tank. i have seen the holey in take pump any other brands out there that are better?
