Nothing bigger than a 212/218 if you really are after MPG

25-220r 220/220 .581/.581 112° 1200-6200 RPM (TSP but it is a comp cam as well)
I would go for tsp220 or the 212/218 hi lift from tsp with the cam package and get pac 1218 beehive springs.

Also he why would he want a cam that pulls from 3-6500 when hes looking to tow and DD?
that 212/218 will perform just as good as a 220 cam with the correct setup
he has 364 CI. a 220/220 is still a small cam, and is barely different then a 212/218... a 2600 converter is plenty also. I used to get 20mpg with my 6.0, 224 cam, stock converter.

Check it again on the Texas speed website under cam package #1. You can select any lsa. They can also custom grind you a cam for the same price with same or similar specs if you wanted.

i REALLY like the sound of the 224/224 .566/.566 112LSA

i'm just used to cams like 232/234 .595/.598 112LSA and i want the sound as much as the performance

yea.. i think my Circle-D stall will be plenty as well... its a 2600-2800
i have a stock 4.3L converter (stalls to 2000) and i can blow BOTH 26's off almost all the way through 1st gear WITHOUT stalling it and if i foot brake it the truck will spin all the way untill 2nd gear....

and yes THIS IS A 6liter not a 5.3.... so i already have a little more torque...
