I just bought a set of longtubes and wll be facing the same scenario. Since blocking off the O2 sensors and putting on this exhaust is pretty much a no no in our state, will most tuners comply with our request or do they risk being penalized by the gubbermint>

I believe there is a loophole here, since they're not required by law where the do the tuning to do the same things as you are in your state, it's not illegal for them to tune out your rear 02's.

I don't think Justin @ Blackbear/Wheatly/or Nelson will bat an eye at tuning them out.

All the tuners that I'm familiar with have no problem tuning them out...after all, the tune is for "off road use only" isn't it? My rear O2's are tuned out (BlackBear)
