well if thrucks are not fast why are you want to try and make your any faster than it is?

but for the record this was way bay when i had a 5.3 i put the f-body headers on my truck the steper headers 1 5/8 to 1 3/4 Hedman Hedders Headers and i pick around 20 rwhp truck ran a best of 12.59 @ 107.8 with cam and boltons

so yea they are worth the time and money

This is the kind of answer I was looking for.

I never said a truck couldn't be fast guys. I just wanted to see if it would be worth it as the only mods my truck will ever have will be tune, cai, exhaust. I wanted to make sure the gain would be significant enough to spend the money with it being my DD.
