Lingenfelters 427 Twin Turbo Escalade made 700 bhp and ran 12.7@106 weighing 350 lbs. less than our teuck so I assume we're right around there somewhere.

I would like to try it on some smaller wheels (maybe 20's) because the stock wheels won't fit over the brakes, plus the torque steer is horrible with a stock wheel even at 5 lbs. of boost and the GT-37. The weight of the wheel actually helps keep it from getting too squirrely as weird as that may sound.

Amazing what can be done with a three ton vehicle!

Your race weight of 6055 lbs seems light to me....my Avalanche tipped the scales at 5800 lbs exactly with 3/4 of a tank of gas (and me not in it). Is that weight without a driver? How much fuel in the tank? I would have thought that the Escalade would weight a lot more with the 24's, the transfer case, all that stereo equipment, etc...

I was in the truck and it had 1/2 tank of gas.

Hmm, I would have thought that the enclosed Escalades would weigh more than the Ext versions, but I went over to the Cadillac site and found that they are a good 300 lbs less.

Congrats again on a great run!

I thought you would be heavier due to all of the interior accessories.

They do get up there pretty good. In the pic with both trucks launching, fastescalade's was pulling it pretty good as well!
