A little heads up for Dynatech LT users...
#1
I was changing my spark plugs the other day and the socket wouldn't fit over the cyl. 1 and 8 spark plugs. The gaskets provided with these DynoMaxx headers come down and partially cover the spark plugs. I had an extra set of GM exhaust manifold gaskets that I was I able to put on. Just a little heads up thought you might want to know before you get frustrated when doing your plugs.

That sucks ..... I went to O'Rieleys and got a new pair of Fel-Pro gaskets to put on mine when I put the headers on. The factory ones were leaking ever so slightly on the other truck. I couldn't hear it, but I could see it on the gaskets when I took them off.

I thought I read in the dynatech documentation that the gaskets would encroach on the plug holes IF the gasket were installed incorrectly? Upside down or backwards or something like that.
I just did me plugs and didn't have any problems.

Hmph, didn't think it was possible to flip the gaskets. Oh well, everything's ok for me now.
