Ok since you are a tuner, have delt with many diff vehicles, what would you rec. I know this isn't rocket science, i am not trying to beat a dead horse here, I just want to make sure my money is going to a good cause, instead of saying" hey i have stainless headers. I want something that will work well with what I have... Thank you for your time

Without having a set tuned to your specific application I don't think there will be much difference in power between the off the shelf models. I would be tempted to try a set of pacesetters from jet-hot, I think their coating is better than the pacesetter coating and you wouldn't have to re-work your exhaust.

Talk to the guys at StainlessWorks, they're great to deal with I'm pretty sure that they'll install whatever size collector you want on their headers, I know that they did for moregrip. I believe that he has 3" collectors on his. I have their out of the box 1 3/4 headers with 2 1/2" collectors and catted y-pipe, and the quality is outstanding. I sorta test fit them for SW a few years back to see if their 03+ headers would fit on a 99-02 4x4, which they did. They gave me the headers at a super bargain price, then I sent them my old shorties for them to take measurements for the EGR valve placement (not sure if they ever used that info and offer headers for EGR equipped trucks though).

Didn't notice...there aren't any hangers on my y-pipe that I remember off hand. Maybe earlier year NBS's didn't have that hanger?
