FP at idle should be more like 50psi and rise to 58-59psi at 0 vacuum. Something doesn't sound right.

I jacked up the pressure yesterday but it's been raining can't really do anything. The pressure has been like that for a year almost, without this problem and would only start getting lean at the top of 3rd. My PE settings are Map to enable 55 Map Hysteresis 5 PE delay count 0. PE delay RPM 5500 These settings have been like this since July 03 . I appreciate all the help.

What about you WOT hot and WOT cold settings? What TPS% are they set to?

That might be your problem, if you have to give it any less than full throttle (like if you're not getting traction in 1st) It won't go into PE mode, and will hold AFR at 14.7. 90% is like 1/8 inch from the floor with the pedal.

Set WOT hot and WOT cold to 40% across the board. That way it will go into PE mode at 40% throttle. With mine, 40% is right when it goes into boost.
