knock sensor corrosion?

Leaded gas, no cat converters, higher octane, and 100k was a lot of miles on an engine back then. Many racers install knock sensors with lights in the cabin to help protect their investment under the hood It doesn't affect the spark table, but can be a good tool when funtioning properly, especially for you rich folks with the tuning sofware

Just looked at my Mail Order tune with HPT and it is set up to pull no timing if knock is detected :0 Some people are comfortable with that I guess, but no me, I'm going get a dyno tune very soon! Sorry for the jack.
