Default Kinda of a Stupid Question: Valve Springs and Retainers

Ok, I am about to replace my stock 5.3 springs that have 80k on them with a set of zo6 yellow springs, do I need to use new retainers or can I reuse my retainers, also can someone tell me somewhere to get retainers that arent compcam titanium retainers...

You can use the stock ones. I lost one on my first cam swap. I picked up a set of Comp keepers somewhere local. They werent titanium just regular steel

So should I buy new ones, or would I be ok to reuse the ones I have now?

The only reason I bought new ones is cause I lost a stocker. Id re-use what you got.
