I like my Borla XR-1. It's pretty deep sounding and not extremely loud with cats. I'm getting rid of my cats soon so I can give an update on how loud it gets.

Yeah, one of my neighbors cats jumped in our pool and drown so the woman came over and knocked big *** holes in the liner and let all the water drain out. Needless to say the cat musta been worth about 3000 dollars cause that's what it cost her to replace it. Anyhow, back on subject, my MPG actually went down for the first couple days then went back up when i gutted my cats..that normal????

My truck is waking up more and more with the gutted cats, feels totally different today than it did the day desTRUCKtive and I gutted them. I towed our boat today for the first time too, HUGE difference, from idle all the way up.

thats pretty much what I have but I have borla muffler, I heard sierracrew's exhaust with his cutout open and mine still sounds way louder than his but it is because I have not cats... if you want to run with no cats you are going to definately have to close the cutout (and only use it when racing)cause it drones alot inside with the cutout open... whenever you want to get together you could here mine so you'll have an idea of what to expect... what side of houston do you stay at??? I live on the SE side, 45S & the beltway....

I've heard his and it isn't as loud as I thought it would be. It is probably due to the manifolds still on it. With LT headers it would probably be much louder.
