Swing by when he gets it set up and is dynoing my truck or the lil education dyno day thing he might put together. We want to make it a educational thing so it can dispel any fears or solidify your reasoning for not liking them. LOL

The Turbo is going on the Silverado with the motor and mods in sig. It's only a 9:1CR motor.

The Z71 is just gonna be an N/A daily driving beast. The old N/A setup with cam only went 14.2@97mph. I have a feeling this combo is going to leave that one in the dust!

Rick at Synergy Motorsports is gonna do the tuning on his new DynaPack dyno (the axle dyno). The dyno is SICK! It allows you incredible ability to tune for part throttle, WOT at any RPM and to even hold the RPM till you're done tuning that cell or the car overheats. LOL
Thats exactly what I wouldve done. Even your DD is going to be pretty formidable. I take the savings thing a bit further. Say I buy a cam for $200 and new they are $400. Thats $200 of free money. Thats how I explain it to my finace anyway. She doesnt buy it, but I pretend not to see what she means .
I cant wait to see what BOTH of them do! The Z71 would be a monster on nitrous

Green, I am pretty excited thinking about it. Knowing what it will be like when I get it takes some of the stong out of the bill.

Don't even tempt me on the nitrous thing. I have a full bottle sitting in the garage and all the parts for a wet kit laying around. Will someone please stop me!!!

Step 1. You need to admit you have a problem
Step 2. We need to work on getting you help. The first thing you should do is send the wet kit to me.
Have you had any updates as to what is involved in mounting the IC on the new truck in front of the Radiator? I havent done any measuring yet, but have been told that you have to lose the AC compressor if you move the radiator the >2 inches to make the room. I dont remember them being that close.

LOL @ Step #1

@ Step #2

I have not even looked into the mounting for the lil truck yet. I really like the idea of having it in the radiator area though. I just don't know how long it will be before we get to it. The Z71 is coming along nicely. I just talked to Rick and the machine work on my 5.3L is already done and the pistons will be here monday so things are flying. Hopefully the grey truck will go under the knife shortly. I'll defiantely keep you posted bro.
