Has anyone been able to contact them via email or voicemail over the last month? Are they still in business? I have emailed them twenty times in the last two weeks and everytime the email bounces back because of a full email box. Plus, their voice mail is always full. This has got to be the worst customer support I have ever seen on the internet. How can they run a business like this?

Just go through JAG or another company. They're small price difference is NOT worth the aggravation of dealing with them. Their customer service is, IMO, the worst HANDS DOWN that I have ever dealt with. 10 emails, 6 phone call, been waiting 5 months. Gave up and went elsewhere.

I'm surprised no one has gone to KDS before. They are in Arlington, TX and there are a lot of texan's on this board.

It's always nice to see the "shop" of a place you buy from.

 

I think I remember someone saying they drove to the adress and still didn't find much of a "shop" or anyone there. Sad, because I'm looking to buy a shiftkit, vette servo, and metal accumulator piston and won't even spend the 15-20 minutes to drive over there because of all the bad reports I've heard of them.
