Default K&N and Radix

Is there a thread where it gives instructions on how to add the K&N FIPK with a Radix. I heard there was a few things you had to do differently. I have one in the garage and I might add it this weekend if it's gonna help.

I think Vortec327 has that setup. Maybe he can chime in.

As long as the place where the intake tube hooks up to the air box is the same, it should work. I have a Volant and a Radix.

Yes he does....you will need to do some minor trimming of the heat sheild on the K&N, and you use the Radix intake tube. You will notice some imporvements with this set up.

They're close, but not the same. The k&n intake is offset at an angle instead of being squared up like the stock air box.
