Hi Guys
does anyone know many different type manifold there are for the 2004 5.3L fly bye wire throttle body .looking for some type of high rise setup like the one that comes on the 502 ram jet gm crate motor . any help will be appreceated...thanks

The stock truck manifold is about as high-rise as your gonna get but there are better manifold out there for high-rpm....the FAST 90mm is probably the best of those

You can get an Edelbrock carb intake that has the injector bungs already welded into it and then get a U-tube. You will have to modify the u tube to bolt up though. I don't know of anyone that makes a u tube with the correct bolt pattern.
