It is an XE cam. Its just not a high lift XE. Comps older lobes are HE, and have lifts that are about .525 or so. Theres been a lot of misinformation lately about these lower lift XEs, even from Comp. I bought this cam last spring. It only has 265* of advertised duration compared w/ their HE 216 that has 270* advertised.
