I Was Wondering If Anybody Just Has Heads Installed To Their 5.3 Truck? I Was Thinking Of Puting Stage Two Patriot Heads On The Truck (i Have Mostly All The Bolt On's, Free Mod's, Nitrous, 3000 Stall.. No Cam) I Dont Know If I'm Going To Supercharge It Or Not That Why I Havent Camed It..... Do You Think It Should Gain Some Horsepower If I Just Do That?

 

if theyre ported and polished yes you should do the springs at the same time dont know how heavier springs would react to the stock cam I doubt it would hurt anything though. I would decide which route your going first though if going na you might want to mill the heads and you wouldnt want that for FI
