so did you just go buy another computer to tune from scratch? the power/torque figures are not accurate, but good to monitor when increasing spark and things.

nope, I had wheatley send me an unlocked stock tune.

i was surprised to see I was only using 30% throttle to accelerate briskly up any hill on the highway in OD. I didn't try the power to rear wheels thing....wonder how close it would be to my dyno numbers.

My delivered Engine TQ was at 580ish but the dyno showed 535.

Tuning is so fun!
Some of your tranmission settings use the delivered Engine TQ. so log it to fine tune your shift parameters.

A midget? come on cracker.

help. I was drunk last night and began tuning. I vaguely recall it saying that I locked my cable to the PCM. Is this supposed to happen?

Drinking and driving bad...

Yes, If you flashed a tune to your truck, then you committed 1 license on your cable to your PCM.

damn guys, always assume the worst, huh. I went into my truck and hooked up the cable while tipped up....why? because I'm anxious to play with this thing.

I'm having a problem with the transmission shifting. So far I've only gone wot in 2nd gear, but it's not shifting 2-3 where I command. E.g. I set the shift point at 5500 rpm, when it gets to 5500 it just makes a lot of noise like its slipping. Does the part throttle shift via VSS need to be calibrated as well? I noticed it has a setting for 100% TPS.

Take a look at the tune if you get a chance
