Default Just back from the dyno... Cam swap.

OK, just got back from the dyno!

Cam 216,220 114lsa .526/.532 lift
LS1 Edit (Timing curves only) no fuel changes
Flowmaster muffler

Thats it, no other mods.

301.9 SAE RWHP
303.6 RWTQ

Peak from 5300-5800 for Hp and torque was flat from 3500-5000 rpm. I am pretty damn impressed! Now all I need is the UPD and I'll be done.

I'll get the graphs posted up later.

he's got a 6.0, his numbers are just about right with the little bit of tuning he did and the cam selection.

I believe the 6.0 stock runs 300hp at the flywheel and near 243hp at the rear wheels. So you went up about 60hp. good numbers :-)

This is the same cam I will be installing in my 4.8 GMC. Just wondering what kind of increases you got out of the swap? I plan on doing it after the new year. I would like to find a converter before I do the swap, but the closer it comes all I might be able to afford is the cam and springs install and a Nelson Performance tune. Do you think the truck will fall on its face down low without the stall? Any help would be great.

I didn't see/feel any decrease down low with the 6.0L In fact it feels more responsive!
