Jet DST to Turn on Efans?

Jet DST to Turn on Efans?
I have searched high and low but cannot find a straight answer.
I have a 2001 suburban 2500 4x4 with the factory 6.0. I have a 383 stroker swap with a 224 cam, afr 210 heads, full exhaust, and a Patrick Guerra street tune.
I also purchased a new '05 tahoe fan assembly and a nelson harness. My friend gave me his Jet DST tuner and I'm about to buy a new license for it.
My question is - can I use this DST tuner to turn on my fan control from the ECM?
