As an RST owner...... Ditch the shorties and hypertech, Long Tubes w/ ORY and a Tune will make it like a whole new truck.

Thanks guys. Looks like the Hypertech is gone and I'm going to get the Wheatley. I'm trying to save up some more money. I really want to get posi and 4.10s next. I've really got to get posi cause I cant stand the limited slip. She just acts like she doesnt want to go. I just recently bought a Kumho Ecsta STX 275/45R20 on the right rear and it has been doing great. She really hooks and goes now. Those stock tires werent ****.

I really wish I could get a short shifter for my truck but I havent seen any available anywheres. She's the 5-Speed but with the big *** shifter it just feels like the throws are just sooo long. Does anyone know if they make them for our trucks??

Later,
Will

Does Hurst offer or is their shifter mainly that for cars. Surely, somebody should be, because if they're not, well...I think they're missing out on a marketable item. Sometimes, tho, it's supply & demand. While we @ PT would say yes, there's a bunch for F-bodys,& Stangs. Surely, somebody will chime in here. Has anybody made their own? Or make your own.

if you do find one, let me know, i've been looking for a year and a half. According to hurst they make one for trucks up to '03, and why it won't work on anything newer I do not know.
