Default I've been called out, and I'm not happy.

Called out by a sponsor. https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...44292&posted=1

I'm not going to bash Synergy because if there side is lagit i understand the asking for proof, but the manner and anger it has been through pissed me of.

I am happy with the deal i got from them, and the shipping was in good time. But the being treated with distrust and the over the top was the post calling me out. I stayed in contact through about 20 PM's, so its not like i was blowing him off.

Anyway, I'm done with Synergy for my own reasons. Other than than I'm sure there still a great company. I just wanted to post the link in here for you guys so there is no question of my integrity.

MODs, please dont move this thread.

It sounds to me like he just doesn't understand how to accept money from his PayPal. I had a simillar problem with Paypal, and they weren't saying that my account was under investigation because of fraud on MY part, but that someone may have been trying to fraudulantly use my account. I think he just jumped the gun and thought that you were the one who was responsible for the fraud investigation. It looks like a mis-understanding...but I agree, he should have went about it different. He probrobally even has your phone number (from PayPal) and could have just called rather then "air you out" on a National message board. Usually, someone as active as you with that high of a post count is gonna make things right...even if things get messed up for one reason or another. I just read the GOOD SELLER post in the Truck Classifieds and see where someone had a problem with UPS damaging a product....I like the way the two guys are working it out without "beating each others ***" about it. Oh well, live and learn.

I'm not going to get into the middle of this but I would like to state that you are having a problem with Shawn, not Synergy Motorsports. Just because he works there doesn mean that it's a shop issue.

He's upset because he thinks you are stiffing him and you are upset because he is questioning your integrity.... You guys are gonna have to meet in the middle and understand where each is coming from.

I think in the middle would have been contacting me personaly via. PM or by phone. He PM'd me and i let him know its not a problem to send proof. Next thing i know my name is aired out. Thats not cool, and neither was him getting mad at me right away.

I know its Shawn and not Rick. And this is not a common happening with them I'm sure. Thats why I'm not going to bash Synergy.

Ok, let me step in a fix this before this gets bad.

I got an email from Paypal the other day out of the blue saying they were taking the money back out of my account on fraudulant charges. I had shawn get a hold of you and figure out what happened or if you heard anything. Maybe Shawn came off wrong in his wording, but I was the one that was upset only because shawn needed to have the money sent to my paypal addy because its the shops. And because of this, I have to look out for my company. No hard feelings, because if you said your bank statements took the money out, then I can understand your side as well. I just dont understand why all of a sudden Paypal is taking the money back. Its not like it was a few days ago, this was a good amount of time ago. I have been trying to get ahold of paypal, and its not the easiest thing to do. When I get more info from Paypal on why they are doing this, I will let you know.

shawn did say you were going to fax over some info to help out and I havent got anything yet, maybe thats why he felt led around a bit. Sorry for the mishap, hopfuly I can get ahold of paypal here shortly.

Rick
Owner of Synergy.
