Congrats on getting the engine running Chase. You might try looking here for an answer to your P1516 code. http://gearchatter.com/viewtopic1066...c9208f51e4ddc6
Good luck and can't wait to see this truck burning up the track.

well the truck is running good. i have put about 300 miles on it. i figured out the tb issue. i swapped to an 07 water pump to clear the tb and used a different tb so. im thinking the problem arrised when the tb was ported so i dont know on that for sure. but im going to swap back the other tb and see if still happens.

ive got into boost a little 1-2 psi and it pulls pretty good so i cant imagine the power it should have at full throttle. im going to set up an apoinment to get it tuned around 2 weeks from now. im having a hard time getting it to idle right now it keeps stalling so i need to figure this one out too.

sweet man, that's great. I wouldn't be able to wait the 2 weeks for the tune... I'd be too excited to get it dialed in

Very sweet, I like the Nascar look on the exhaust along with everything everyone else said.

Copy and paste the high octane table to the low octane table. Also copy and paste the Timing at Idle in park table to the "In Gear" table. The tables should be identical to keep the timing from jumping all over. It'll add stability to the idle.

Good luck.

ive gfot the octane table the same , but ill try the in gear one. should i play with the ve table at all? this cam is pretty small and is still pulling tons of vacuum( 15 inches) so id like to get to idle at around 700 or better.

Raise the idle speed to 750 for now. You can lower it later. Definitely copy and paste the "In Park" and "In Gear" tables. They should match identically. Try narrowing up the timing values in these tables so there's not much opportunity for the timing values to fluctuate. This really helps to stabilize the idle.
What are your LT trims?
