Havent swapped the FPR but did drive it around for over a 100 miles running errands with no problems at all...

I did score a 34" radiator with oil cooler for 75 bucks out of an 09 highway patrol tahoe and a stock catback for 50

Ordered a Blackbear two pin efan harness so my truck can finally have efans after all the other **** my truck has had on it, it has always rocked a clutch fan but soon that will be no more

Anybody got any suggestions, damn thing almost left me stranded tonight. had to use a wire I had in my toolbox to run power directly off the battery to the fuel pump prime circuit to get me home.

sounds like you have something going on in that fuse/relay panel.. can you take it out or apart?? there may be some burnt wires or burnt connections in there that you cant see from the top..

Sounds like the wire that trips the fuel pump relay is bad. I feel your pain. I've had to replace a few electrical connectors in the past couple of years as they wear out.

Sounds like you need to run a new wire or two Cody, unless you can find where the open circuit is...might be right at the connection in the fuse panel, especially if you've been in there before messing around

For anyone wondering what the problem was, it was the actual fuse box the part that the fuel pump relay plugs into. The pins of the fp relay werent making good contact, replaced the whole fuse box with a new one and the truck runs great.

Cool deal Cody...were the terminals spread out and charred from arching? I've seen this before on the Toyotas and Lexi (plural for Lexus lol) that I've worked on through the years. I've had more than one Land Cruiser and LX470 where this happened to the EFI main relay. Usually the pins of the relay will show signs of arching, helping with the diagnosis
