It just a drawing but this is the way I am doing my intercooler setup. The setup will only cost about $550

LS1 intake- $75

I built the one pictured and will very soon be doing just what you mentioned (using a stock intake). I discussed doing this for Yellow but guess he changed his mind? I'll post up pics as I progress.
