Recently I stumbled across a set of pretty much brand new PRC 2.5 heads with only 1200 miles on them for next to nothing (literally). Rest of the setup is in my Signature.

Ultimately would love a Fast Lsxrt with throttle body but that's a little out my price range for now. I'm going to bolt them on and also switch over to LS7 lifters while im in there.

As far as intakes go I'm looking at a TBSS, a ported LS6 intake, or possibly having my stock intake ported with a ported 90mm throttle body. Also pick up a set of 8.1 injectors to run with this combo.

Any suggestions or input would be appreciated.

 

Leaning toward just getting my throttle body ported for now and run it with stock intake and PRC heads and just saving up for the fast lsxrt and 90mm throttle body.

 

tbss intake has been showing good results lately

 

I have my eye on one but someone else got a deal before me so who knows maybe another will pop up sometime soon.

 

I run my stock truck intake with a ported 78mm t-body on a similar setup (in sig)and my truck runs real good...Makes me wonder if an intake/t-body switch would be worth the sotp performance..hmmm..I say run the truck one and save up for the lsxrt...If I change intakes, it will definately be the FAST ..I will patiaently wait for one to pop up under $600ish
