i got a 2008 regular cab with the 5.3l.
mods are:full bolt-ons,3.73 gear ratio,3200 fuddle goin to swap out with 3600-3800 circle d,cam is 224/230/.581 .591 lsa 110+2,and tuned by wheatly.running the stock intake and what to swap it out what are my options for some more hp gains.oh and also goin to get stock 243's milled pretty soon.

do you know if anybody has run that intake?what else is needed to do the swap besides the intake?and what are the possible hp gains?

 

you will come out way ahead if you just swap in a NNBS 6.0 in there (LY6).

 

You'll need the intake and a fuel rail adapter kit...search the dyno forum on here and there is a post of results on a stock 5.3 20hp/20tq with no tuning.
