ok explain to me how this works? where the f*** did the mass air flow sensor go? i would LOVE to do a straight intake like this but how does this work

Probably ditched the MAF and did a speed density tune.

That probably has a speed density tune, so no maf.

yeah its a camburg Long travel kit, with king coil-overs and 3" tripple bypasses. Thats how we do it out here in cali. Our trucks go fast over anything, not crawl over rocks. hahaha. soryr guys. it had to be said. So a speed density dune eh? any disatvantages?

heres my set up with a maf, but the maf probly wont be there for long as i will be switching to speed density soon.

I wouldnt run a filter straight off the font of the throttle body like that ever, sucking hot air off the radiator is never good.

I havent logged the iat while driving but its only 6* lower, while static, with the intake tubing on and drawing air from the passenger fender. But i think it will make up for the 6* with the less turbulent air charge. but i will run both set ups and post the results of the data log
