Installed a TBSS intake today

Update; Just got around to installing mine. Fairly smooth process. The fitting for the brake booster line on the back of the intake had to be swapped. Intake already had NNBS EVAP solenoid, so I bought EVAP lines for a NNBS from my local GM dealer . Clipped right in, Very clean looking install. Injectors swapped over nice and easy.
PCV System is not hooked up at the moment. There is a fitting that goes in the top (middle) of the intake for dirty side (driver side) PCV that was not there on the intake I bought, just an open port. Will have to look into that tomorrow. Pass. side may require Southern Ingenuity. There is not a port to hook into for clean air on my intake tube, so I am gonna have to rig up something up for that. May go back to stock intake box and tube... ????
MAP Sensor on the new intake was different compared to my stock one. Both are 3 prong but the prongs are different width. Thought I might be able to get away with using the TBSS/NNBS MAP, but no workie. I tried to epoxy the "old" map ONTO the TBSS intake with no success. BIG leak! Got late, gave up. Will try some silicone on the top of the intake/bottom of the sensor tomorrow.
Otherwise though, truck ran well even with the leak from MAP sensor (for the short time it was on). Great idle, not hesitant to start. Seems like no tuning will be necessary.
Will get it finished up tomorrow and get it on the rollers for a for a few pulls next week. Was hoping to be able to do before and afters with the SAME truck on the SAME dyno, for more accurate results on what the TBSS swap is really worth, but I installed 3.90s in between, so that will skew the numbers a bit.
