Really?! Is there some information where I can read about this? And if modded to fit an earlier model, does the Driver Information Center still function?

IF you have driver 1 and 2 controls, there are 2 types of cluster 99-02 and 03-05. But there is a white face with tranny gauge avial for 99-02

they don't have anything quite that cool, but the denali or police package clusters are nice. i installed the 130mph cluster into my buddies 99 tahoe.

btw does anyone have pics of the different ones like SS D's and E's..

i was also suprised my 04 witha towing package on it didnt have the tranny guage,,,,

Question about programming hours and mileage. How does this work? If I get a new cluster and do not have it programmed I would assume it would read zero miles. Now if I get a custom programmed ECM, how would I be able to keep up with how many miles were actually on the vehicle? I know there is a way to track this to keep people from being defrauded by buying a vehicle that has more miles than shown on the odometer.
