Injectors

i have a 2001 chevy silverado 1500 5.3 and i upgraded my injectors and now my truck has trouble starting any one have an idea of why that is and what might fix it

Upgraded to what?

You can't just slap whatever injector you want in there, the computer has to know what size they are and must be fully tuned for the swap. Unless they are direct factory replacement injectors.
