Injector swap is easy. Disconnect the battery. Unplug the wires from the injectors. Make sure the orange gromment is still in the plugs and you don't loose them.Undo four torx screws that hold down the fuel rails. Disconnect crossover line to fuel rails. Be careful not to lose the small o-rings. Pull the fuel rail and inj off the intake. It may be tough to get loose. Work it back and forth gently while pulling. Once the rail and inj are off, pull the retaining clip back and remove the inj from the rail. When installing the new injectors put a little oil or grease on the o-ring and it will make it easier to reinstall the injectors into the intake. Piece of cake.

You really don't have to remove the cross-over tube. I didn't and it was still easy to get off. The injectors come out of the rails pretty easily, but putting the new ones in required a good bit of pressure. make sure you lube the rings with some dielectic grease. Battery terminal grease, the clear stuff. Clean engine oil works too but the grease will not attack the o-rings.
Watch ouit for those injector clips!! They go flying if your not careful.
