Default II

im looking for some good mods wether it be free mods or paid mods. ill appreciate them. right now all i have is the fipk and a force2 catback with a desreened maf and royal purple 5w30. wiht all this i ran a best of 14.6 at 95mph with a 2.4
60' time up here in pittsburgh. truch shifts hard by itself now and even barks the tires once in awhile. not looking to crazy [still underwarrenty] and this isnt going to be my race ride which i own a 5.0 stang for that. but it is sure fun taking unexpected street racers by surpise with a truck and a quiet one for that. any help would be much apprecated.

cams, intakes, shiftkits, programs, headers ill sure appreciated
thanx

that is a good time. i would say pulleys and electric fans would help you even more. go to www.sshotrods.com and look at the free mods that can be done.

The dealer just warranted a leaking front oil seal on my Radix,ASM,Yank equipped Tahoe. The mechanics and service writers were all cool about it.Find a service writer that is a racer, they can take care of you more than you think.

A mild converter - Yank 2600 - 3000, a custom gring comp cam something like 210-214 114lsa .55x lift. Arizona Speed Marine headers.

Converter: $600-$750
Cam and Springs: $550
Headers: $700

You will feel the results of the cam in all rpms, the Converter will probably give you the best ET reduction, and the headers will uncork everything.
