Default Idle problems?

Well about a week ago my alarm was messed up but fixed that. When i was trying to fix the alarm i took the pcm out and put it back in. Ever since that my truck has been acting funny. Does the computer have to relearn it again or what? Should i try taking it out and back in and then try to do the relearn procedure?

Did you do the idle relearn that Allen sends? If so, I would try to disconnect the battery to reset it and try again possibly. If that doesn't work then I would give Allen a call and see what he thinks.
