Default I want to get into the 13's!

I want to get at least into the 13's. I have a RCSB silverado auto with a 5.3. To date I have a Borla exhaust, ASP pulleys, KN FPIK, Free Mods, and a Superchips tune. I am going to replace the Superchips with a Nelson 93 octane tune. After that I am strongly considering Thorley headers, a TCI 2600 stall, and 1.85 rockers or 269 comp cam. The motor is a LM7 2000 with 38900 miles on it. Should I be able to hit my goal or will i come up short?

Just curious what are the specs on that cam. Looks like you are in the right direction. Why not go with the TCI 3000?

i'd think with your current mods along with the nelson tune and converter you should be able to make a 13 second pass.

I am with zippy... I think it is possible with what you got with the addition of some good tunning and a converter, as long as you can hook up.
