It would almost be worth it for everyone to chip in a couple of bucks towards this sort of mystery stuff, so we can totally debunk them with cold hard proof.

Just have a GTG and spend some time at a dyno throwing stuff at a truck to compare numbers.

I'd be down for that. I'm sure if 20 people donated 5 or 10 bucks a peice we could try out some stuff. A pt.net R&D team? Maybe get enough results to have products sent to us to get reviewed

I've been reading up and everybody that has one says they are good for two things, a tiny whisle and somewhere to plug nitro into. Many people that swear to them have that "seat of your pants" dyno working for them, but most say again, that there isn't much of a difference if one at all.

I wouldn't have mentioned it if I wasn't up for something myself.

I wonder what we could put together. If there is enough interest, maybe we should stick a post together and see what happens from there.

I no longer have a lsx powered truck, so I couln't join in at the moment. I could pitch in some money and let someone else have some fun.

On a C6 vette.March 07 GM Hightech.http://www.gmhightechperformance.com...kit/index.html
Ritalin version:
Vararam TB spacer was good for average 1/2 hp to 1/2 ftlb. Some points 2 hp, on the low end. Hell, that could be from cool down time. They claim it increases plenum volume on the manifold. Of course, on a truck with the smaller plenum volume, it might make more of a difference.
