Talking i think this is a problem

these are the autolite replacxements for the ngk tr55. i ran two or three times on the juice. i have them gapped at 40. well had. the last two are cylinder 5 and 7. no wonder it was running bad. i hit it today and it was backfiring all the way home top. i did a compression check. all cylinders were 175 except the one with the broke plug it was 170. not to bad at all. think i am going to the store for some tr6's again.

Were you running the Tr6's before? If so why did you switch? Have you had problems with the tr6's?
