I would keep the heads you have on the truck now.
and personally i owuldnt go much bigger then a 222 222 570 570 112lsa cam in a 4.8 L
but you know its really up to you. what is daily driveable to some people other people couldnt stand it.

stock heads are fine, but if you're wanting a higher CR go with the LS1/LS6 heads. other than that your heads would be fine with a TR220. dunno what you're goin for really. street or strip mainly?
