I have to Pick a Magnaflow Muff Today! Help!
Ok I posted yesterday but no one wanted to help! I have got to pick a muffler Today. My mods are current except I will be putting on Pacesetter LT's and cutting the cats so I need to know which Maganaflow to go with. Im thinking about the 5"x11"(pn#14568) which is the 2.5" dual in/dual out(built in x-pipe) stainless. I know its gonna be quiter than what I have now but I dont want it to quit! Please help!

I had that magnaflow with the dual in/dual out and it was pretty quiet. Sounded good @ WOT throttle. But this was before headers too, so that may help. Oh its gonna be ungodly quiet to you compared to the flowmaster

To be honest with you I dont want anyhting stupid loud but when I get on it I want it to be heard! I just have a single in dual out Flowmaster 50 so it isnt exactly loud. Should I go with the 4X9 or the 5X8 or the 5X11. In all reality Im looking for performance but I want it to sound healthy!

I posted in that thread I would think it would be a good muffler, I have the 4x9x11, and its quiet on the highway, but I still have the cats and manifolds, but the cats will be taken care of soon.

It will have a good sound to it. It will be different sounding, I liked mine that I had and it will provide geat power. Just don't expect much sound out of it except for at WOT. AT WOT it has an awesome sound to it. I would go with the smaller body though. It shouldn't be too loud. I even had mine dumped. AT highway speeds I could barely even hear it.
