If you dont have any scanning software, pull a few plugs check the color, check your gap. Clean your air filter. Did you just install the tune or did it start detonating out of the blue? Maybe you got a batch of **** gas? There are many variables here. Check the simple things like plugs and filter first then go from there.

You say you've got black smoke, that means rich. If it's pinging AND rich there must be a cylinder or two not getting enough fuel. Clogged injectors maybe. That lean one is sending extra oxygen out that the O2 sensor for that bank sees and tried to compensate by giving that bank more fuel. If one cylinder is still very lean it will still ping even though the rest are pig-rich.

Pull your plugs and look for signs. The plugs will tell you everything you need to know.

Also, running O2 sensors in prolonged rich conditions will reduce their efficiency. If you resolve the problem I would suggest replacing BOTH O2 sensors, otherwise there won't be any consistency bank to bank and the catalytic converter on that side will start to burn out.
