Default hypertech pp problem

Before any of you say "sell it and get a Nelson tune". Its for my girlfriends truck and i got it brand new for only $150. Heres the problem with the hpp3.
The second time and rest of the time that i start the truck, the parking brake and ABS light come on and off. Does anyone know why it does this and how to take care of the problem. Any info would help fellas. thanks

.....oh ya its a 2002 silvy (4.8)

First ? what is the stock tire size for the trucks. I tried out on a stock tune and it doesnt do it at all. Today i woke up and started it up and it didnt throw no lights or anything. It ran real good.

for installing the programer look at the side of the tire it will say somthing like 265/75/16 go to www.powerdog.com/tiresize.cgi punch in the numbers on the side of the tire it will change the metric tire rating to inches for your hpp3 then if you have stock gears you can just leave that part alone on the hpp3 should take care of your problem.hope this is what your looking for.
