I'm trying to find out what exactly I need to order to be able to scan and tune my truck myself?? Is it this: VCM Suite Pro w/ #01 Silverado & Sierra V8. 02 Silverado & Sierra V8. +Enhanced IO 1 Pigtail. And should I get the 2bar or 1bar SD

I already know about efi but its $50.00 more and does the same thing

i don't know if you need the 2 bar stuff. i think that's only for boosted cars but i'm not sure. The eoi interface cable is needed if you want to hook up a wideband. if you are not intending on hooking up a wideband or a 2bar, just get the standard cable.

I know its kinda a dumb question but, the wideband is for the air/fuel ratio?

The 2 bar is for boosted applications, but I am pretty sure that you can even tune a boosted truck pretty well without that also. I think in order to tune with the 2 bar you need a 2 bar MAP sensor also.

So what exactly does 2 bar do for me!? Is it so I dont have to mess with the MAFS if I dont want to??? And then i use the VE table instead to change my perameters??

Nothing if you are NA. The one you are thinking about is the 1-bar speed density enhanced, that lets you tune w/o the MAF sensor.
