I had the same problems at the Thunder Shootout with my injectors. It would ping hard from about 4800 on up to 6500 through all the gears. Showed over 100% duty cycle in that range. Didn't care, still raced it hard.
But it is now time to fix the problem. One way by bigger injectors, which ones are a direct fit? The other way, retorque my head bolts cause I think antifreeze is getting into the piston therefore computer is adding all the fuel they can to remedy the now lean condition. Ya'll remember smelling all that antifreeze in the pits! Could this happen?
O1Thunder - Let me know when you find out what is causing your lean condition.

96x's are somewhat rich. On my boosted engine, I see as low as 890's. I think that's running on the ragged edge of to lean, but it's been working for me this long.
I would say you should do some tuning.

once the a/f ratio is dialed in closer he probably wont be over 100% anymore anyways.

I have shown 1.5* of knock retard,

Damn, I better get some kind of scan tool pretty soon, too, huh? No telling what my truck is doing down the 1320!
I don't have a laptop, so what would I need to get?

When my stock injectors were maxxed on my SS, the O2 reading would go from .890 at 5400 to near .800 just before shifts. Adding more fuel to the tune would not bring them back up.
I'm with everyone else, .960+ is way rich. Lower your added fuel to get the values just under .900 and you'll be back under 100% duty cycle and find your lost power.
