it depends a little on the rest of your exhaust but i would bet 20+rwhp on a dynojet if you allready have decent flowing exhaust.

not so sure about tuning first if your going to make a change. headers will change your tune enough to need adjustments.

dont the na guys pick up 15-20?

I think the na guys do pick up 15-20, so I was thinking maybe a good bit more than that.

The rest of the exhaust is stock but, seems decent. It's 2.5 or bigger pipe that comes together(Y) into one monster pipe that goes into the monster round muffler. Then one monster tailpipe that comes out. I am not sure of the pipe size so substituted monster as the pipe size.

The exhaust right now just makes a WOOOOOOOOOOSH noise instead of the rumble it had when the truck was na.

i know less about your exhaust than you do. i am 99% sure you would pick up some more power with a nice strait thru muffler. headers and muffler combo on that truck might be 40+hp.

if your concerened with it being too loud then i would not touch the exhaust at all. more boost and a little meth will get you that extra hp if the blower isn't maxed.

I'd guess 15-20 across the curve. If you get more I'd be surprised. Might get you into the 12's though..

Honestly, in this weather right now it's already got 12s in it IMHO.

I might have to do a before/after headers dyno just to answer this question.

I'm basing my guess on my experience with Ford Lightnings. The stock exhaust manifolds were pretty crappy and the typical gain after pulleying it up was around 15-20hp as I recall. Being that your stock exhaust is better as is the TVS series I'm willing to bet you a box of pan heads it isn't more than 21rwhp

No betting(I hate losing ) but, I'll keep your guess in mind IF I decide to do headers.
