Default How much power?

Ok i have a theoretical question. Lets say you have 23lb injectors on a n/a engine at 58 psi fuel pressure. The duty cycle is 97 percent at 5500 rpm, How much HP would you think the engine is making?

I think it probably depends on what your a/f ratio is too.
