Springs n pushrods will take care of most cams you throw at it.

To best answer your question, it would help to know which heads you have.

I misunderstood your question anyways. The TSP220 will work for you without clearance problems.

As long as you don't time it wrong like I did the first time (I don't wanna talk about it ) you'll be fine, luckily the cam I picked out had a low enough lift that even being about 90* advanced I didn't have a piston to valve event.

If you're running stock heads, you'll want some hardened 7.400 PR's, I'd get some behive springs rated to .600 lift, or if you want, you can grab some dual springs rated to .650 lift, if you do decide to change heads or pull them off and work them, I'd get new LS7 lifters and lifter trays, if not, don't worry about it.

You can reuse the stock rocker arms, I reused mine when I did my cam swap at 154,000 miles.

How close are you to getting your motor? I'm gonna be honest, it's kinda fun to see someone so excited about their first engine "build"/swap, and they're not afraid to ask the questions they need to ask and are able to take the answers without thinking they already know more than everyone else.

I'll be waiting for the build thread.
